Tilted Kilt

Tilted Kilt was launched in 2003 inside the Rio Las Vegas — the first-ever Tilted Kilt location. The chain expanded nationally to 100+ locations at its peak, then contracted heavily. In 2018, SDA Holdings sold the chain to ARC Group Inc. for $10 cash, 1.4M shares of stock, and $1.5M in future payments — the headline price was the news. Now primarily a franchise; only one LV location remains active.
