Westgate Las Vegas opened July 2, 1969 as the International — at the time, the largest hotel in the world. Elvis Presley's famous Vegas residencies began here in late 1969. Renamed Las Vegas Hilton in 1971, LVH in 2012, and Westgate after Westgate Resorts acquired the property in 2014.
