Fontainebleau Development (Soffer)

Miami-based developer; finished the long-stalled Fontainebleau
Last verified · May 18, 2026

Fontainebleau Development, the Miami-based real-estate firm controlled by the Soffer family, repurchased the long-stalled Fontainebleau Las Vegas in February 2021 and finished construction. The 67-story luxury tower opened December 13, 2023 — total project cost $3.7B (second-most-expensive resort in LV after Resorts World). The underlying real estate is reportedly held by Koch Real Estate Investments (Charles Koch's family office), which financed the construction completion.
