New York-New York opened 1997 as a joint venture between MGM Grand Inc. and Primadonna Resorts (Gary Primm); MGM acquired Primadonna's stake in 2005. Famous for the Manhattan-skyline exterior and the Big Apple Coaster ride. VICI via 2022 MGP deal.
