Brock Pierce (born Brock Jeffrey Pierce, November 14, 1980, Minnesota) is an American entrepreneur, investor, and former child actor who became one of the most prominent — and polarizing — figures in the cryptocurrency industry. Over the course of two decades, Pierce co-founded some of the most consequential and controversial projects in crypto history, including Tether, Block.one (issuer of EOS), and Blockchain Capital.
