Eight Painters Settle Art History in a Browser Fighting Game
Van Gogh, Monet, Rembrandt, Caravaggio, Hokusai, Hiroshige, Sisley and Seurat throw down across arenas built from their own masterpieces.

Artist Fighter is a 2D fighting game in which eight of history's great painters do battle — each fighting in the discipline that suits their temperament, from Rembrandt's heavyweight boxing to Sisley's wind-step kung fu.
Every stage is a painting. Fighters trade blows across the Return of the Prodigal Son, La Grande Jatte, the Great Wave and the starry night, and each artist's finishing move — the Final Stroke — is drawn from their real history and technique. Seurat even bleeds in dots.
It runs entirely in the browser, installs to a phone home screen, and works offline. Touch controls, a CPU auto-mode, an arcade ladder and a rivalry gallery are all built in.
“It's the only fighting game where the health bar drains a painting and the knockout repaints it in your style.”— 1n2
