Per-guest appearance lane chart
TBG Timeline is the guest-by-guest appearance lane chart for The Bitcoin Group — 88 distinct lanes across 485 episodes, rendered as a single tall SVG with sticky episode headers, year guides, and per-lane appearance counts. The chart is the visual companion to the predictions leaderboard and the canonical reference for "who appeared when".
The build (tbg-timeline/build.py) consolidates raw guest strings from tbg-mirrors/guests.json through the canonical CANONICAL dict + EXTRA_MERGES (Samson Mao→Samson Mow, Jack Mollers→Jack Mallers, etc.) and renders each lane label as a clickable link to the canonical entity profile.
