I loved atomic habits. I didn't think I would. I've read a lot of other habit books, and I thought it would all be boring, but he did a great job of bringing others works together with his own work and do inventing things for things that we already do, habit stacking and thinking of adding habits together, rather than just brushing your teeth and washing your face, why not do the mouthwash too? This kind of thing is a really good idea. Can help you put a lot of things together, putting things on lists. I listened to the audio book version of this, and was impressed, although it was droll to hear web pages read aloud, impressed by the resources he was offering on his web page, simple, easy to use, PDFs and other things. Other reviews had noted that they were impressed he offered these for free, rather than having to join a course, or whatever. It was just a great book. I know I'm behind the times on this, but a wonderful read atomic habits, check it out.
