Alien III: An Audible Original Drama by William Gibson - ★★★

Although it's been a little while, I did listen to the audiobook version of alien three, the lost William Gibson script version. And although I had high hopes for the draft, I wasn't very impressed with it, nor am I very impressed with David Fincher alien three, the prison version. This version seemed a lot more like a corporate espionage version, with a lot of people talking to each other on radios. I believe it was given the best possible presentation by the audiobook, which included some voice characters from the movie and copious sound effects, as well as narration and other things that really set the mood and gave it a great presentation, but still just not a lot there. Alien three seems like a doomed project, despite the incredible people working on it, David finchner and now William Gibson. It's a fun audio book available on Audible. I got it for a good deal.
