I read Artemis by Andy Weir, but that's not to say that I really enjoyed it, or would recommend doing it again. The main character is rather detestable, making choices that continuously defy logic and make her situation worse and worse and worse, while making everything worse for everyone around her. That put to the side, it's a really neat story about a moon colony. I enjoyed everything about the moon colony, the details, the science, the way the colony was developed and discovered, and the conflict which the main character hasn't involved herself in, about the power and control of the moon colony, which, of course, she handles and handles in a detestable manner. This was his sophomore book, his second one, and I believe many didn't care for it. And then he knocked it absolutely out of the park with his third book project, Hail Mary, which I breezed through right before this. So I was a little bit set up by greatness. Perhaps if I read them in a different order, I'd have a different opinion, but I just wasn't too much into this. It was futuristic, it was scientific. Just didn't like the character and the things that she just kept doing still made it through Artemis Andy Weir, thanks for reading. You.
