Ed Roski Jr. is the chairman of Majestic Realty — one of the largest privately held real-estate developers in the United States, with 400+ buildings and ~92M square feet under ownership (including Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles). In Las Vegas, Roski owns the [[casino:silverton|Silverton Casino Hotel]] (acquired 1997, full ownership 2004) — a 65,556 sq ft locals casino three miles south of the Strip. A 290-unit apartment complex is planned next door.
