Aria is the gaming anchor of MGM's CityCenter complex (along with non-gaming [[casino:vdara|Vdara]]). The real estate was held by MGM Growth Properties until April 2022, when [[operator:vici-properties|VICI]] acquired MGP in a $17.2B all-stock transaction.
