Aliante opened 2008 as an independent JV with [[operator:station-casinos|Station Casinos]]. Station took full ownership in 2011 (out of Aliante's bankruptcy reorg), then [[operator:boyd-gaming|Boyd Gaming]] bought it from creditors in 2016 after Station's own bankruptcy reorganization.
